Forms - Constitution & Bylaws
AIA Constitution & Bylaws Forms are now set up to type directly on them, then print out and either fax or email to the AIA.
Open up the form you want, type in your information and then print out to send. These forms can not be emailed or saved once you have typed in the required information - data will go away, so they must be printed out and sent via fax or mail. If the form is mailed be sure to make a copy for your records.
Form 15.10 - Transfer Rule/Hardship Appeal - this form can only be found in the AIA Constitution and Bylaws Book. This form must be initiated by an AIA member school administrator.
If you use a form frequently you can save it to your desktop for easier access. You will still need to fill it out and fax or email when you have it completed.
