Spiritlines
NOTICE
A member school's Spiritline team will NOT be allowed to stunt, tumble or compete during the season of activity until ALL Spiritline/Cheer/Pom coaches (paid or volunteer, head coach, assistant coach, varsity, JV, Freshman, etc.) are AACCA Safety Certified (with proof provided) and the coaches have attended a NFHS Spirit Rules Interpretation Course for the current school year. (Coaches are to take the two required courses through the AIA).
- AACCA Safety Certification is valid for
FOUR YEARS ($75).
- This course may be taken online at

only if the following criteria is met:
- Renewing certification and has taken the course prior
through the AIA.
NOTE: ALL newly hired coaches (non-renewal) MUST attend the course in person through the AIA.

- NFHS Spirit Rules Course must be taken
EVERY YEAR (FREE).
- This course may be taken online through a webinar only if the following criteria is met:
- Attended the NFHS Spirit Rules Course in 2011 through the AIA.

All Spiritline coaches must also take the NFHS Concussions in Sports free online course at www.nfhslearn.com. This course only needs to be completed once.
Instructions
- Find a date that is good for you to take the AACCA Safety Certification Course and/or the NFHS Spirit Rules Interpretation Course. Keep in mind that your team will NOT be allowed to stunt/tumble or compete (from the first week of permissive football-August 1) until ALL Spiritline coaches have taken the two required courses and completed the Concussions in Sports online course.
- Fill out the Registration Form online by clicking the Continue to Registration Form link below.
- FAX your Purchase Order to Michele Staples at 602-385-3779 by the DEADLINE DATE. ** NOTE: You will NOT be allowed to register AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE POSTED FOR EACH SESSION **
- PAYMENT: Please bring payment with you on the COURSE DATE (DO NOT MAIL PAYMENT).
- NOTE: If you are already AACCA Safety Certified, you will just need to supply a copy of your certification to your Athletic Director and the AIA (Attn: Michele Staples) and take the NFHS Spirit Rules Course ONLY.
- A confirmation email will be sent to each registered coach with more details shortly after registering.
