Jeanie Kosower
Assistant Commissioner of Officials
Jeanie came to the AIA office in 1990, after working 12 years in the private sector. She started at the AIA office as an assistant in the officiating department and has worked her way up to Assistant State Commissioner of Officials. She cites her many years of personal experience at the AIA as "invaluable institutional knowledge" and currently is the longest tenured staff member in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Area Commissioner for the Phoenix Metro Area
- Coordinate Training Sites/Schedules for Officials
- Schedule Officials for: Girls Volleyball, Fall Soccer, Swim, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Track
- Help assign and generate pay for Post-season Officials for all sports
- Calculate and pay post season varsity mileage
- Register new and returning officials
- Schedule game changes and additions
- Password assistance for schools
- Venue additions/editing/deletions
- Ref Pay assistance to officials and schools
